Our driver was absolutely wonderful. Our cruise ship was having mechanical problems and we were four hours late arriving. He did everything in his power to turn an unfortunate situation into a good one. He was able to get us to a few of the things that we had planned. I could not say more about his efforts and ability to help us and make the situation better I would definitely give him an A+ He went above and Beyond. The company however, charged me an additional €80 we had already spent so much on tours that we were not able to get to or go on. I thought that was not the right thing to do.
