Getting There

• Public Transit

  Starting from North Las Vegas, make your way to the nearest RTC (Regional Transportation Commission) bus stop. Use the Strip and Downtown Express (SDX) bus service, which travels directly to the Las Vegas Strip. Board the SDX bus heading south. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Disembark at the stop closest to the 'Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign'. You should get off on Las Vegas Blvd at the 'Tropicana' stop. From there, walk south along Las Vegas Boulevard for about 5 minutes, and you will see the iconic sign on your left.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer to bike, start from your location in North Las Vegas and head south towards Las Vegas Boulevard. Follow the bike lanes along the main roads heading towards the Strip. It’s about a 10-mile ride, which should take roughly 45 minutes to an hour depending on your cycling speed. Once you reach Las Vegas Boulevard, continue south until you reach the 'Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign', which is located at 5100 Las Vegas Blvd S. There are bike racks available nearby for securing your bicycle while you take photos.

• Walking

  Walking from North Las Vegas to the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign is quite a trek, as it is approximately 5 miles away. If you're up for a long walk, start heading south towards Las Vegas Boulevard. Once you reach Las Vegas Blvd, turn south and walk along the sidewalk. Keep walking for about 1.5 to 2 hours until you see the sign on your left at 5100 Las Vegas Blvd S. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated, as you will be walking through areas with limited shade.
