If you're traveling by car within Northern Nevada, the most common route to Lehman Caves is via US-93. From Ely, head south on US-93 for approximately 80 miles. Once you reach the town of Baker, turn left onto NV-488. Follow NV-488 for about 10 miles until you arrive at the entrance of Lehman Caves, which will be on your right. Be sure to check the road conditions, especially in winter months, as snow may affect travel.
Public Transportation
Public transportation options are limited, but you can take a Greyhound bus to Ely, NV, which is the nearest major city. From Ely, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to Baker, which is about an hour's drive (approximately 55 miles). When you arrive in Baker, head south on NV-488 for about 10 miles to reach Lehman Caves. Be aware that rideshare options may be sparse, so it's advisable to book in advance.
Bicycle
