If you're starting from downtown Reno, head towards the Truckee River. From the Reno Arch, walk east on Virginia Street until you reach the river. Follow the path until you reach W 1st St. As you approach the intersection with N Arlington Ave, you will see the entrance to Truckee River Whitewater Park on your right.

Check the RTC (Regional Transportation Commission) bus schedule for routes heading to the Riverwalk District. Take bus route 16 or 22 from a nearby stop in Reno.
