Bus
To reach The Pierce Manse at 14 Horseshoe Pond Ln, Concord, NH from Laconia, start by heading to the Laconia Bus Station located at 1-3 Weirs Beach Road. Take the NH 3 North bus towards Concord. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Concord Transportation Center, exit the bus and head towards the nearest bus stop on the main road. From there, catch the CCRT (Capital Area Transit) bus route 2 heading towards the Concord Hospital. Get off at the 'Horseshoe Pond Lane' stop which is close to your destination. The Pierce Manse is just a short walk from the bus stop. Head west on Horseshoe Pond Ln and you will find The Pierce Manse on your left.

Bicycle
If you prefer to bike to The Pierce Manse from Laconia, you can rent a bike from a local shop. Start your journey by heading south on NH-106 for about 12 miles until you reach the intersection with US-3. Turn right onto US-3 and continue for about 4 miles. Make a left onto Horseshoe Pond Ln. Follow Horseshoe Pond Ln for about half a mile, and you will see The Pierce Manse on your right. Be cautious while riding, as some parts of the route may have heavy traffic.

Walking
For those who enjoy walking, it is quite a trek from Laconia to Concord. Begin your journey at the center of Laconia and walk towards the Laconia Bus Station to catch a bus to Concord as described above. Alternatively, if you are up for an adventure, follow NH-106 South for approximately 12 miles and then take a left onto US-3 North. This walk will take several hours, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Once you reach Horseshoe Pond Ln, walk along the road until you arrive at The Pierce Manse.
