If you're starting from the Atlantic City Boardwalk, walk to the nearest bus stop on the Boardwalk and catch the NJ Transit bus number 505. The bus will take you towards the North Beach area. Once you get off, the Atlantic City Aquarium will be a short walk away, just across the street at 800 N New Hampshire Ave.
