After a few miles, take exit 14C for the Holland Tunnel. After exiting the tunnel, continue straight onto Hudson Street, then turn right onto Montgomery Street. Follow Montgomery Street until it ends and turns into Liberty State Park Drive, which will take you directly to the park. There is free parking available at Liberty State Park.
