Ferry
From Hoboken, head to the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place. From the terminal, take the NY Waterway Ferry to Battery Park. The ferry rides are frequent and take about 8-10 minutes to reach Battery Park. Once you arrive at the Battery Park ferry terminal, you will be right next to the East Coast Memorial.

Make your way to the Hoboken PATH Station at 1 Hudson Place. Take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. Upon arrival at the World Trade Center station, follow the signs to the Oculus and then exit onto Church Street. Walk south until you reach Liberty Street, then turn left and walk towards the water. Battery Park will be ahead on your right, and the East Coast Memorial is located within the park.

From any point in Hoboken, make your way to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. Take the bus that goes to New York City, such as the 126 or 128 bus routes. The bus journey will take around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop closest to Battery Park. After disembarking, walk towards the water; you will see Battery Park directly ahead, where the East Coast Memorial is located.

If you are near the waterfront in Hoboken, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the Hudson River. Start at the Hoboken Waterfront Walkway and head south towards the PATH station. Continue walking along the riverfront, which will eventually lead you to the Hoboken Terminal. From there, you can take a ferry or PATH train as previously described.
