PATH Train
From any location in Jersey City, make your way to the nearest PATH train station. The Exchange Place or Journal Square stations are good options. Purchase a PATH ticket at the vending machines. Board a train heading towards 'World Trade Center' or '33rd Street'. If you board the train to World Trade Center, it will take you directly to the World Trade Center station. If you take the train to 33rd Street, you will need to transfer at the 33rd Street station to the A, C, or E subway lines towards downtown Manhattan. If going to World Trade Center station, exit the train and walk towards the Oculus and then head to Church Street. From there, walk north until you reach Chambers Street. The City Hall Park will be on your left at the intersection of Broadway and Chambers Street.
Bus
Locate a NJ Transit bus stop nearby in Jersey City. You can take the NJ Transit bus 119 or 126 towards New York City. The bus will take you across the Hudson River into Manhattan. Request a stop at the World Trade Center. After disembarking, walk north towards Chambers Street. The City Hall Park will be at the intersection of Broadway and Chambers Street.
Ferry
Head to the nearest ferry terminal in Jersey City, such as the Liberty State Park or Paulus Hook Ferry Terminal. Purchase a ticket for a ferry heading to the World Financial Center or Battery Park City. Once you arrive at the terminal, walk north towards Chambers Street. The City Hall Park will be located at the intersection of Broadway and Chambers Street.
