From Lambertville's center, head south on N Main St towards the bridge that connects to New Hope, Pennsylvania. Cross the bridge and follow the road until you reach the intersection with W Bridge St. Continue straight onto W Bridge St, which becomes S Main St. Follow S Main St until you reach the intersection with W Mechanic St. Turn left onto W Mechanic St and proceed until you reach N Sugan Rd. Continue onto N Sugan Rd, which leads you into Philadelphia. Keep straight to merge onto I-95 S. Follow signs for I-676 E and take exit 22 for 6th St toward US-30 E. Continue on 6th St until you reach Market St, then turn left. Finally, turn right onto N 2nd St, where you will find Elfreth's Alley on your left. The museum is located at 126 Elfreth's Alley.

From there, take the Market-Frankford Line towards Frankford Terminal and get off at 2nd Street Station.
