  • Walking

    From Lambertville, head south on N Main St toward E Mechanic St. Continue on N Main St until you reach the intersection with Bridge St. Cross the bridge into New Hope, PA. Once you are on the other side, walk east on Bridge St until you reach S Main St. Turn left on S Main St and continue walking until you reach the New Hope & Ivyland Railroad station. From there, take the train to Philadelphia, which will take you to the city center. Once you arrive at the Philadelphia station, follow the signs to exit the station and head towards 8th St. Walk south on 8th St until you reach Walnut St. Turn left on Walnut St, and the Walnut Street Theatre will be on your right at 825 Walnut St.

    From Lambertville, walk to the nearest bus stop at N Main St and Bridge St. Take the NJ Transit bus 628 towards Trenton. Get off at the Trenton Transit Center. From Trenton, transfer to the SEPTA train line toward Philadelphia. Once you arrive at the 69th Street Terminal, you can take the Market-Frankford Line to 69th St and then switch to the Broad Street Line to City Hall. From City Hall, exit and walk south on Broad St until you reach Walnut St. Turn left on Walnut St, and the Walnut Street Theatre will be at 825 Walnut St on your right.

    If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike in Lambertville and head south on N Main St. Follow the bike path across the bridge into New Hope, PA. Once in New Hope, continue to follow the bike path along the Delaware River until you reach the intersection with S Main St. Turn left and head towards the New Hope & Ivyland Railroad station to take the train to Philadelphia. After arriving in Philadelphia, bike from the station to Walnut St by going south on 8th St and then turning left onto Walnut St until you reach the theatre at 825 Walnut St.
