Car
If you're driving, start by navigating to County Rd 532 in Chatsworth, NJ. From the center of Pine Barrens, head south on Route 70. After about 10 miles, take the exit for Route 563 towards Chatsworth. Continue on Route 563 for about 5 miles and then turn right onto County Rd 532. The entrance to Franklin Parker Preserve will be on your left after approximately 2 miles. Look for the parking area which is well marked.

While there is limited public transportation directly to Franklin Parker Preserve, you can take a NJ Transit bus to the nearby town of Chatsworth. Check the NJ Transit schedule for the bus routes servicing the area (e.g., the 554 bus). Once you arrive in Chatsworth, it is about a 1.5-mile walk to the preserve. Head southwest on Main St towards County Rd 532, then turn left onto County Rd 532 and continue until you reach the entrance of Franklin Parker Preserve. Be prepared for a longer walk, and ensure you check the bus schedules ahead of time for return trips.
