Car
If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards Route 1 & 9 South. Follow signs for the Holland Tunnel, and merge onto I-78 East. Continue on I-78 until you reach the exit for Jersey City. Follow the signs for Jersey City Waterfront, and take the exit for Washington Boulevard. Once on Washington Boulevard, head towards the waterfront, and you will find the Colgate Clock located at the end of the boulevard, with ample parking options nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach the Colgate Clock using public transportation, make your way to the nearest NJ Transit station. If you're in Raritan Valley, you can take a train on the Raritan Valley Line towards Newark Penn Station. At Newark, transfer to the PATH train towards World Trade Center. Get off at the Exchange Place station. From there, walk towards the waterfront, and you will see the Colgate Clock on your right as you approach the waterfront area.
