From anywhere in the Skylands Region, take NJ-15 N or NJ-23 N to reach Hopatcong. If you are coming from a nearby town like Sparta or Newton, head towards NJ-15 N. Once on NJ-15 N, take exit 34B for NJ-183 S towards Hopatcong and merge onto Hopatchung Rd. Continue on Hopatchung Rd for about 2 miles, and you will see Modick Park on your right at 28 Hopatchung Rd, Hopatcong, NJ 07843. Parking is available at the park entrance.

If you are using public transportation, take a NJ Transit train to Dover Station. From there, transfer to the Morris County Community College shuttle bus, which goes to the Hopatcong area. Get off at the Hopatcong stop and walk approximately 0.5 miles to Modick Park. Keep in mind that the shuttle service may require a small fare, approximately $2-$4, and check the schedule ahead of time to ensure timely connections.
