Turn right on Rio Grande Blvd. and walk for about 0.3 miles. You will enter the Río Grande Nature Center State Park. Follow the signs to the Bosque Trail and walk along it for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Laberinto del Bosque.

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from University Heights and bike west on Central Avenue SE. Continue to Rio Grande Blvd. NW, where you will turn right. Follow Rio Grande Blvd. until you reach the entrance of the Río Grande Nature Center State Park. Once inside, take the Bosque Trail, which leads directly to Laberinto del Bosque. The total distance is approximately 1.3 miles.

  • Public Transit - Bus

    Take the ABQ RIDE bus route 11 from the nearest bus stop in University Heights. Board the bus heading northbound towards the Downtown area. You will want to get off at the 'Rio Grande Blvd and Candelaria Rd' stop. From there, walk south along Rio Grande Blvd for about 0.7 miles until you reach the Río Grande Nature Center State Park. Follow the signage to the Laberinto del Bosque. A one-way bus fare is $1.00, and make sure to check the schedule as it may vary during weekends.
