From the town of Glenwood, New Mexico, head south on NM-174 S for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto the Continental Divide Trail, which is a gravel road. Continue on this road for approximately 4 miles. You will see signs for Middle Fork Trail (#157) as you approach the trailhead. The parking area is located near the trailhead.
