If you're starting from the Las Cruces Convention Center, walk to the nearest bus stop on El Paseo Road. Board the RoadRUNNER Transit bus route 1 heading north. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the stop at Main Street and Amador Avenue. From there, walk south on Main Street until you reach the intersection with N Mesilla Street. Turn left onto N Mesilla Street, and the Las Cruces Railroad Museum will be on your left at 351 N Mesilla St.

If you prefer cycling, start from the Plaza de Las Cruces. Head east on E Amador Ave towards N Main St. Turn left onto N Main St and continue north for about half a mile. Then, take a right onto E Las Cruces Ave, and follow it until you reach N Mesilla St. Turn left onto N Mesilla St, and the museum will be on your right at 351 N Mesilla St.
