Car
From Sandia Peak Tramway, head southeast on Tramway Blvd NE toward NM-556. Turn right onto NM-556 and follow it for approximately 3.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Sandia Crest Rd. Turn left onto Sandia Crest Rd. Continue on Sandia Crest Rd for about 1.5 miles. Tinkertown Museum will be on your right at 121 Sandia Crest Rd, Sandia Park, NM 87047. There is a parking lot available for visitors.

Take the ABQ Ride bus #2 from the Sandia Peak Tramway area to the nearest bus stop at the intersection of Tramway Blvd and Central Ave. From there, transfer to bus #8 heading toward Sandia Park. Get off at the Sandia Park stop. From the bus stop, it's about a 15-minute walk to Tinkertown Museum. Head north on NM-14, then turn right onto Sandia Crest Rd.
