If you're driving to White Sands National Park, head south from Albuquerque on I-25. After approximately 220 miles, take exit 142 for US-70 East toward Las Cruces. Continue on US-70 East for about 50 miles until you reach the entrance to White Sands National Park. The entrance is well-marked and features a visitor center where you can gather information.
