Getting There

    From the center of University Heights, head west on Main Street towards the intersection with Kensington Avenue. Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto Kensington Avenue and continue walking until you reach the stop for the NFTA Metro Bus on Kensington Ave. Take the Metro Bus Route 8 towards Buffalo. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Main Street and Prime Street. From there, it’s a short walk to the Buffalo Heritage Carousel located at 44 Prime St, Buffalo, NY 14202. Just head south on Prime Street, and you will reach the carousel in about 5 minutes.

    If you are near the University Heights campus, walk to the nearest NFTA Metro Rail station, which is the University Station. Board the train heading towards the Canalside Station.
