Turn left onto Macks Lane, and the entrance to the park will be on your right. There is no parking fee required at the park.

Once at Poughkeepsie, you will need to catch the Dutchess County Public Transit bus #6 heading towards Highland. The bus ride is approximately 25 minutes. Request a stop at Macks Lane, and from there, it is a short walk to the entrance of Franny Reese State Park. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time as services may vary.
