From any location in the Leatherstocking Region, take NY-28 South towards the town of Pine Hill. Continue on NY-28 for approximately 20 miles. In Pine Hill, turn left onto Main Street, which becomes Peekamoose Road. Follow Peekamoose Road for about 10 miles until you reach the Peekamoose Blue Hole, located on your right. Look for parking areas along the road, as parking is limited.
