Once you arrive at Riverhead station, exit and walk to the bus stop located directly outside the station. Take the Suffolk County Transit bus route S92 towards the Riverhead Terminal. Get off at the stop at E Main St and Peconic Ave. From there, it’s a short walk to Long Island Aquarium, located at 431 E Main St. Follow E Main St towards the east, and you will see the aquarium on your left.

    If you are in the vicinity of Patchogue, you can take the Suffolk County Transit bus route S40 towards Riverhead. Stay on the bus until you reach the Riverhead Terminal. From the terminal, transfer to the S92 bus towards Riverhead Station. Get off at E Main St and Peconic Ave. Walk east on E Main St, and you will find Long Island Aquarium at 431 E Main St.
