    If you are starting from the Saratoga Springs Visitor Center at 297 Broadway, head north on Broadway. Continue walking straight for about 0.4 miles. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Congress Park will be on your left after you pass the intersection with Circular Street. The entrance to the park is marked, and the address is 268 Broadway.

    From the Saratoga Race Course, exit the main entrance onto Union Avenue. Turn left and walk towards Broadway. Once you reach Broadway, turn right and head south. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach Congress Park on your right at 268 Broadway. The park is situated right next to the busy street, making it easy to spot.

    If you are near the Saratoga Springs train station, you can catch a local bus. Board the bus that heads towards downtown Saratoga Springs. Get off at the Broadway & Circular St stop. From there, walk north on Broadway for about 0.2 miles. Congress Park will be on your left at 268 Broadway.
