Start at the Saratoga Springs City Center located at 522 Broadway. Head north on Broadway towards Congress Park. As you reach the park, take a left onto Circular Street. Turn right onto Crescent Avenue and continue walking until you reach 630 Crescent Ave, where Waterfront Park is located on your left.
