To reach Rosamond Gifford Zoo via public transportation, first find your nearest Centro bus stop. Depending on your location in Syracuse, you may take either the Route 10 (which goes directly to the zoo) or Route 5. If taking Route 10, board the bus at your nearest stop and stay on until you reach the 'Conservation Place' stop. This is the closest stop to the zoo. From there, you will walk approximately 0.2 miles (about 5 minutes) to the entrance of the zoo located at 1 Conservation Pl.
