From White Plains Metro-North station, take the Harlem Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the 42nd Street - Grand Central station. Follow the signs to the S (Shuttle) train and take it to Times Square-42nd Street. From there, transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 subway line and head downtown to the 50th Street station. Exit the station and walk west on 50th Street towards 8th Avenue, then turn right onto 8th Avenue and walk to 53rd Street. Turn left onto 53rd Street; the Broadway Comedy Club will be on your left at 318 W 53rd St.

At the White Plains Bus Terminal, board the Bee-Line Bus 1 or 2 towards New York City. The bus will take you directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. From there, walk to the nearby 42nd Street subway station and take the S (Shuttle) train to Times Square-42nd Street. Once at Times Square, transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 subway lines heading downtown to the 50th Street station. Exit and walk west on 50th Street to 8th Avenue, then turn right onto 8th Avenue and walk to 53rd Street. Turn left onto 53rd Street; the Broadway Comedy Club will be at 318 W 53rd St.
