From White Plains, walk to the White Plains Bus Terminal located at 11 Ferris Avenue. Take the NJ Transit bus #44 towards 'Jersey City' or #45 towards 'Journal Square'. These buses run frequently, so check the schedule at the terminal. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Morris Pesin Drive' stop. From there, walk towards Morris Pesin Drive; you will see Liberty State Park Office ahead.

Head to the White Plains Metro-North train station located at 1 Railroad Ave. Board a train on the Hudson Line towards Grand Central Terminal. Travel approximately 20 minutes and get off at Hoboken Terminal. From Hoboken Terminal, transfer to the PATH train towards World Trade Center and get off at the 'Exchange Place' station. Finally, take the NJ Transit Light Rail towards 'West Side Avenue' and get off at the 'Liberty State Park' station. Walk a short distance to reach the Liberty State Park Office.
