From White Plains Metro-North station, take the Harlem Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the 125th Street station in Manhattan. Once you exit the train, transfer to the M60 bus at the 125th Street and Lenox Avenue bus stop. Take the M60 bus towards LaGuardia Airport until you reach the stop at 6th Street and 1st Avenue.
