Walking
From downtown White Plains, head towards the White Plains Metro-North Station. Once at the station, take the Harlem Line train heading to Grand Central Terminal in New York City. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and follow the signs to the subway. Take the 7 train towards Flushing and get off at Times Square-42nd Street. From there, transfer to the 1 train towards South Ferry and get off at the 66th Street-Lincoln Center station. Exit the station and walk west towards Amsterdam Avenue, then continue to Verdi Square located at the intersection of 72nd Street and Amsterdam Avenue. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the subway station.

Start at the White Plains bus terminal. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards the White Plains Metro-North Station. Once at the station, transfer to the Metro-North Harlem Line and take a train to Grand Central Terminal. From Grand Central, follow the signs to the 1 subway line and ride it towards South Ferry. Get off at the 66th Street-Lincoln Center station. From there, head west towards Amsterdam Avenue and walk a few blocks to reach Verdi Square, located at the intersection of 72nd Street and Amsterdam Avenue.
