If you are in downtown White Plains, start by heading towards the White Plains Metro North train station located at 1 Railroad Ave. Exit the station and walk to Main Street. From there, take a left onto Main Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Mamaroneck Avenue. Turn right onto Mamaroneck Avenue and walk until you reach the bus terminal. From the bus terminal, you can take the Bee-Line Bus #60 towards the Bronx, which will take you to the nearest Metro North station at 239th Street. From there, you can take the Metro North train to Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and take the 4, 5, or 6 subway line downtown towards Brooklyn. Get off at the Bowling Green station and walk towards the Battery Park area. 28 Liberty Street is just a short walk from there.

From the White Plains Metro North train station, purchase a ticket to Grand Central Terminal in New York City. Board the train and enjoy the scenic ride to Manhattan. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to exit the station. After exiting, head to the subway entrance and take the 4, 5, or 6 line downtown. Get off at the Bowling Green station and upon exiting, walk east towards 28 Liberty Street which is located in the Financial District. It is about a 10-minute walk from the subway station.
