Train
From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Board a Southbound train on the Hudson Line towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the 42nd Street - Times Square station. From there, transfer to the 1 subway line (red line) at the Times Square-42nd Street station, heading towards South Ferry. After two stops, get off at the 50th Street station. Walk west on 50th Street for about 3 blocks until you reach 8th Avenue, then turn left and walk south for another block. Finally, turn right on 53rd Street, and you will find the Broadway Comedy Club at 318 W 53rd St.

From any point in Yonkers, find the nearest bus stop for the 1 or 2 bus lines. Take the bus heading towards New York City. The bus will take you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Once you arrive, exit the terminal and walk to 8th Avenue. From there, head north on 8th Avenue and turn right onto 53rd Street. You will find the Broadway Comedy Club located at 318 W 53rd St.
