Board a southbound train towards Grand Central Terminal. The ride will take about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit. After exiting the station, head west on 42nd Street until you reach 8th Avenue. Turn left onto 8th Avenue and continue walking until you reach 49th Street. Turn right on 49th Street, and the theatre will be on your left.

If you prefer to take the bus, start at the Yonkers Transit Center. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards the Bronx. Ride the bus for about 30-35 minutes and get off at the stop at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue. From there, walk east on 42nd Street until you reach 8th Avenue. Turn left onto 8th Avenue and walk until you reach 49th Street. Turn right on 49th Street, and you will see the Eugene O'Neill Theatre on your left.
