    From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North station. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the 125th Street station in Manhattan. From there, transfer to the A or C subway line at the 125th Street station heading towards Brooklyn. Get off at the High Street - Brooklyn Bridge station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the Manhattan Bridge and then take a left onto Jay Street. Continue straight until you reach Water Street, then turn right. Gleason's Gym will be on your left at 130 Water St.

    From downtown Yonkers, locate the Metro-North bus terminal. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 or #2 towards the Bronx. Get off at the last stop at the Bronx Terminal Market. From there, transfer to the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. After about 30 minutes, get off at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue. From there, catch the A or C subway line at the 42nd Street station heading towards Brooklyn. Get off at High Street - Brooklyn Bridge station. Exit the station and walk towards the Manhattan Bridge, turning left onto Jay Street. Continue straight until you reach Water Street, and turn right. Gleason's Gym will be at 130 Water St on your left.
