From Auckland Central, head to the Britomart Transport Centre. Take the Bus number 80 or 81 towards Orewa. The journey typically takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Orewa, disembark at the Orewa Beach stop. You will be just a short walk from the beach, following the signs.

Start at Britomart Transport Centre in Auckland. Take the Northern Explorer train towards Whangarei. Get off at Silverdale station, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. From Silverdale, you can catch Bus number 998 that will take you to Orewa Beach. The bus ride is around 10 minutes. Disembark at the Orewa Beach stop to enjoy the scenic beach.
