From Auckland's Britomart Transport Centre, which is the main hub for buses and trains, take the Eastern Line train towards Manukau. Disembark at the next station, Parnell. From Parnell Station, exit and walk towards Parnell Road. Head southwest on Parnell Road for about 15 minutes until you reach Te Ara Tahuhu Walking Street. Pou Tu te Rangi is located at the end of this street.

If you are starting from the Auckland Sky Tower, walk south on Victoria Street. Continue onto Federal Street, then turn right onto Wellesley Street. Follow Wellesley until you reach the intersection with Albert Street. Turn left onto Albert Street and head towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach Te Ara Tahuhu Walking Street. Pou Tu te Rangi is at the end of this street.

From the Auckland CBD, catch the bus route 75 or 77 from the bus stop at Queen Street. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop near the Auckland Waterfront. From there, walk towards Te Ara Tahuhu Walking Street. Follow the street until you reach Pou Tu te Rangi.
