Car
From Wanaka, head southwest on State Highway 6 towards Makarora. After approximately 50 km, turn left onto the Mount Aspiring Road. Follow this road for about 20 km until you reach the Raspberry Flat Carpark. The carpark is located at the end of the road and is well-signposted. There are no parking fees at the carpark.

Public Transport
Take a bus from Wanaka to Makarora. The bus service operates a few times daily, so check the schedule in advance. Once you arrive in Makarora, you will need to arrange a taxi or shuttle service to the Raspberry Flat Carpark, which is about 20 km away. Be prepared for taxi fares to be approximately NZD 50-70.

If you are already in the Mount Aspiring National Park and prefer to walk, you can reach the Raspberry Flat Carpark via the hiking trails. From either the Aspiring Hut or the French Ridge Hut, follow the marked trails leading towards the Raspberry Flat area. Ensure you have proper maps and check the weather conditions before starting your hike.
