Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at the Nelson i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 74 Trafalgar Street. Head east on Trafalgar Street towards Hardy Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bridge Street. Turn right onto Bridge Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Waimea Road. Cross over to the left side of Waimea Road and continue walking. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see the sign for Nayland Road. Turn left onto Nayland Road and continue straight for about 800 meters. Broadgreen Historic House will be on your right at 276 Nayland Road, Stoke.

    From the Nelson i-SITE Visitor Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of Trafalgar Street and Hardy Street. Board the 'Stoke' bus (check current schedule for the bus number as it may vary). Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Nayland Road. After disembarking, walk about 200 meters down Nayland Road, and Broadgreen Historic House will be on your right at 276 Nayland Road, Stoke.
