Walking
If you are starting at the Paihia Beach area, head east along the waterfront promenade. Walk past the beach until you reach the Paihia Surf Life Saving Club. Continue walking along the path; you will see beautiful views of the Bay of Islands on your left. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards the Paihia Wharf. After about a 15-minute walk, you will arrive at the Wharf entrance, which is located near the end of the promenade.

From the Paihia Information Centre, exit the building and turn right onto Marsden Road. Walk straight down Marsden Road for about 5 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes. When you reach the intersection with Williams Road, turn left. Continue straight, and you will see the Paihia Wharf ahead.

If you are near the Paihia Village, walk towards the beach area. Follow the signs for 'Wharf' and head down towards the waterfront. Once you reach the beach, turn right and follow the path along the shore. After a short walk of about 10 minutes, you will arrive at Paihia Wharf.
