From Rotorua City Centre, walk to the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 1167 Fenton Street. From there, catch the Bus #1 (Te Ngae Route) heading towards Te Ngae. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the exact times. After approximately 15 minutes, disembark at the stop near the intersection of Te Ngae Road and Owhata Road. From the bus stop, walk along Te Ngae Road heading east for about 15 minutes until you reach 837 Te Ngae Road, where River Rats Raft & Kayak is located.

If you are in the city centre, you can walk to River Rats Raft & Kayak. Start at the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre at 1167 Fenton Street. Head east on Fenton Street, then turn left onto Victoria Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Te Ngae Road. Turn right onto Te Ngae Road and keep walking for about 30-40 minutes. You will find River Rats Raft & Kayak at 837 Te Ngae Road.
