From Barup Waterfall, head northwest on the main road. Continue for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction for Kafanchan. Take a left turn onto the Kaduna-Kafanchan Road (A1). Follow this road for about 30 kilometers. You will pass through small villages and see signs for Kafanchan. Once you reach Kafanchan, take the road towards Takau. Matsirga Attat Waterfalls is about 5 kilometers from the center of Kafanchan, and you will see signs directing you to the waterfall. Parking is usually available near the entrance.

From Barup Waterfall, you can take a local bus or shared taxi heading towards Kafanchan. Buses leave regularly from the main bus station in Barup Waterfall. The fare is typically around 200-300 NGN. Once in Kafanchan, you will need to take a motorcycle taxi (okada) or a local taxi to reach Takau, which should cost around 500-1000 NGN.
