From Erin Ijesha Waterfall, head northwest on the main road towards Ilesha. Continue on this road for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the junction to Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU). Turn left at the junction and follow the signs directing you to OAU. The A. G. Leventis Museum of Natural History is located within the university premises. Look for parking areas near the museum entrance.

To use public transportation, go to the nearest bus stop in Erin Ijesha. Look for a bus or shared taxi heading towards Ilesha. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Obafemi Awolowo University. The fare is typically around 200 Naira per person. Once you arrive at the university, you can either walk or take a motorcycle taxi (okada) to the A. G. Leventis Museum of Natural History. The motorcycle ride will cost around 100 Naira.
