To reach Freedom Park by public bus, find a Danfo bus heading towards CMS (Central Mosque). Board the bus at any bus stop on Lekki-Epe Expressway. The fare is around 200 Naira. Once you reach CMS, alight and walk towards Hospital Road, which is adjacent to St. Nicholas Hospital. Freedom Park will be on your left.
