From Owu Forest Reserve, head southeast on the main road towards the Lekki - Epe Expressway. Follow the signs to Lagos, and continue driving for approximately 30 kilometers. Once you reach the Lekki - Epe Expressway, take the exit towards Eti-Osa. Continue straight until you see Majek 1st Gate on your right. Lufasi Nature Park is located at KM 41 Lekki - Epe Expressway, Eti-Osa, Lagos. Parking is available at the park, and there may be a small fee for parking (usually around 500 NGN).

To reach Lufasi Nature Park from Owu Forest Reserve using public transportation, first, find a local bus or shared taxi heading towards Lekki. Inform the driver you are going to Majek 1st Gate on the Lekki - Epe Expressway. The fare should be around 300 NGN. Once you arrive at Majek 1st Gate, Lufasi Nature Park is just a short walk away. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return trips if you plan to come back the same day.
