If you are driving from Owu Forest Reserve, head southwest on the main access road. Follow the signs leading to Oniparaga. After approximately 15 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Take a right turn at the junction and continue for about 5 kilometers. Uwa Forest Reserve will be on your left, marked by a small sign. Note that parking may not be available directly at the reserve entrance, so plan to park nearby and walk the last short distance.

To reach Uwa Forest Reserve using public transportation, start by finding a local bus that goes to Oniparaga. You can ask locals for the nearest bus stop where these buses operate. The fare is typically around 200 to 300 NGN. Once you arrive in Oniparaga, ask the driver to drop you off at the closest point to Uwa Forest Reserve. From there, you may need to walk about 1 kilometer to reach the reserve. Be sure to confirm directions with locals as you approach your destination.
