Getting There

Walking
If you are in the Uyo city center, start at the Uyo City Park. From the park, head southeast on Abak Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach a major intersection. At the intersection, turn left onto Ikot Ekpene Road. Walk for another 800 meters until you see a sign directing you to Shelter Afrique Field on your right. The entrance to the field will be a short walk from the road.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Uyo. Start your journey from the Uyo City Park and cycle southeast along Abak Road. Maintain a steady pace as you ride for about 1.2 kilometers. Once you reach the major intersection, take a left turn onto Ikot Ekpene Road. Continue cycling for approximately 800 meters. You will see a sign for Shelter Afrique Field on your right. The entrance is just a few meters from the road.

Public Transport (Bus)
Locate the nearest bus stop in Uyo, preferably near the Uyo City Park. Look for a bus heading towards Ikot Ekpene. Once on the bus, inform the conductor that you want to get off at the stop for Shelter Afrique Field. The bus ride will take around 10-15 minutes. After getting off, walk back about 200 meters in the direction you came from. The entrance to Shelter Afrique Field will be on your left.
