If you are driving from The Arches, head southeast on The Arches Road towards Mount Pitt Road. After approximately 2 kilometers, turn right onto Mount Pitt Road. Continue on Mount Pitt Road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Mount Pitt Lookout parking area. There are no parking fees, and the lookout is easily accessible from here.
