If you're driving from downtown Asheville, start by heading east on College Street towards Patton Avenue. Turn right onto Patton Avenue (US-25) and continue for about 1.5 miles. Merge onto I-240 E and take Exit 7 for US-74A S. Keep left to merge onto US-74A S, then take a left onto Gashes Creek Road. The Western North Carolina Nature Center will be on your right at 75 Gashes Creek Rd, Asheville, NC 28805. Parking is available on-site.
