From Winston-Salem, head to the nearest bus station, such as the Winston-Salem Transit Authority located at 100 E 5th St. Take the Route 100 bus towards Greensboro. The journey will take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Greensboro Depot, transfer to the Route 5 bus towards South Elm Street. Ride for approximately 10 minutes and get off at the stop closest to 528 S Elm St. From there, walk south on Elm St for about 5 minutes to reach Ambleside Gallery.

If you are near downtown Winston-Salem, walk to the Winston-Salem Transit Authority at 100 E 5th St and take the Route 100 bus as described above to reach Greensboro. Alternatively, if you prefer walking and are up for a longer trek, you can walk to the Greensboro area which is about 30 miles away, following Main St to US-421 S, but it is not recommended due to distance.
