    If you are starting at the Winston-Salem State University, head southeast on Martin Luther King Jr Dr toward Waughtown St. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with 4th St NW, and then turn left. Walk straight for about half a mile, and Downtown Winston-Salem will be on your left at 305 4th St NW.
